This is a high-performing Mitre 10 hardware store in the North Burnett Region of Queensland, with a separate Jaycar franchise store directly opposite.

Together they are the region’s one-stop destination for hardware, building, rural and electronic products. The Mitre 10 trades from leased premises with long-term options. The Jaycar store’s freehold is included in the sale, along with a vacant commercial block next to the Mitre 10.

Why This Business Stands Out

• Proven performer: Ranked in the top 5% of Mitre 10 stores in Queensland.
• Solid financials: FY2025 sales of $2,053,299.
• Two national brands: Mitre 10 and Jaycar bring buying power, supplier support and customer confidence.
• Multiple revenue streams: Hardware, trade, rural and electronics ranges serve residential, trade and commercial customers.
• Freehold included: The Jaycar store site and a vacant commercial lot, which gives the buyer property security alongside the business.
• Approved development upside: The adjoining block is approved for a large shed to expand the store, or for a motel.
• Established operation: Loyal local customers, experienced staff and long-standing supplier relationships.

This opportunity suits an owner-operator, a family looking for a regional lifestyle with a proven income, or an existing hardware or Jaycar operator wanting to expand.
