Our costs are negotiated on a case by case basis. Taking into account the sale price, industry and business complexity.

In most cases, our fee structure is a one-time fee to prepare a business for sale (valuation, marketing etc) + a success fee in the form of commission once a transaction goes through.

Unfortunately there’s no straight answer. We’ve had businesses go under contract within a day. And other listings take two years to sell.
